Health Basics Series

Are you ready to make the important changes that can help your kids grow, heal, and thrive naturally?

Health Basics by Be Well Clinic is here to guide you with practical, step-by-step advice for raising a healthy family.

Take the guesswork out of family health and move forward with confidence, clarity, and a plan that works. Let’s get started!

The Health Basics Series is held periodically. Our fall class will begin on September 10th and run for six weeks. During that time, you will have access to all of the online modules. The dates for the live calls are September 10th, September 24th, and October 8th. The calls are held via Zoom at 1:30 MST, and consist of 60 minutes of interactive teaching with a 30 minute Q&A at the end of each live call. We encourage you to attend live, but if you are unable to attend the calls will be recorded.

Over six weeks, we’ll dive into:

  • The most important foods your kids need for growth, development and healing.
  • Ways to support your family’s ability to detox and heal without making it overwhelming.
  • How to use supplements and therapies wisely, so you’re not stuck guessing or wasting money.

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • 3 Live Group Calls where we focus on that week’s topic, chat, troubleshoot, and answer your questions
    • September 10th: Nutrition & Cooking
    • September 24th: Cleansing & Detoxification
    • October 8th: Supplements & Therapies
  • Access to Self-paced lessons for six weeks so you can learn when it works best for you.
    • The modules for all three topics will be available to you throughout the six week program
