Getting Started on GAPS: An 8 Week Program

The GAPS protocol is a commitment. It takes time and preparation, and often demands emotional and physical energy. And many people find it overwhelming to start or continue.

I should know. I spent years on the GAPS diet myself. All these things are true. And the experience of going through the protocol myself, as well as helping individuals and families has taught me something else: successfully completing the GAPS protocol requires something else— support!

That’s what this program is designed to give you. Support! In the form of manageable steps to prepare and walk through the GAPS diet delivered to your inbox every few days. In the form of community and professional support in a closed Facebook group just for participants of this program, and in person (or remotely) during GAPS Group meetings. And in the form of a journal to track symptoms as well as an easy-to-read book to reference when you need reminding or clarification. To accommodate different needs and learning styles, we have provided a variety of resources and modes of support to you.
