We are a cash clinic, meaning we do not accept insurance, but we do accept other forms of payment. (Cash, check, HSA, credit card, payment plans etc.)
When receiving services from our clinic, you are responsible for payment for those services. Payments for appointments are paid at the time of service, email or phone support are generally paid immediately, subscriptions to monthly packages are billed monthly. Some insurance companies allow you to submit a superbill for out-of-network services. We suggest contacting your insurance provider to ensure they take superbills. (Please note that there is a $5.00 fee per superbill)
Updated prices are located next to the appointment type when scheduling. The fee schedule subject to change without notice.
Payment methods include cash, check (payable to Be Well Clinic), or credit card/HSA cards. Cash and check are preferred!
Payment is due at time of service, and additional time will be charged per minute for time used in addition to the stated appointment time length.
An additional $10 fee will be collected at the time of your first initial visit to cover administrative time.
Some paperwork may require administrative costs, contact the office if you have questions regarding specific paperwork.
Establishing care means that we are making sure we know you as an individual client. We need to know our patients well enough to provide quality and safe health for each patient. With simple health history, and a 45- minute appointment is sufficient for most children and adults. If more diagnoses are present, then a 2-hour appointment must be made. Staying established with us means that you see us for physicals according to the following guidelines; newborns, within 2 months, at 4 months, at 9 months and at 1 year old. Children aged 1-12 years, annually. 12 years to adult, every other year. When you are established as a patient, we can provide documentation as needed, lab work, tests and diagnostics as needed, and complete school physical forms as needed. Learn more in our video about establishing care.
We are happy to work with you to heal through nutrition and supplements, but if you require medications you will need to continue working with your prescribing provider.
Because we do not prescribe medications, we are experts at utilizing nutrition, herbs and essential oils and other protocols to help the body recover and heal. There are times antibiotics when are needed, and in the rare case an antibiotic is needed, we can provide a referral or recommendation.
Yes, we can order any tests necessary (blood, stool, imaging, etc.). We would want to see you prior to ordering to ensure we are only ordering tests that are appropriate and needed for you. We will then schedule another appointment to discuss your test results. Lab tests can be ordered for you at our clinic no matter what provider you are seeing.
We are happy to see everyone in your family. However, we want to provide individualized care for each person, so you will need to make an appointment for each person. We can often schedule back-to-back appointments for your family. We advise splitting up your appointments into two separate days especially if you have children. We often notice that more than 2 back-to-back appointments can be a lot for children.
